Important Information about your CashZone prepaid Visa card
LOAD your card! You must load money on your card before using it. You can load money FREE at any CashZone Financial Center.
PIN and Account Access Code. Your Personal Identification Number (“PIN“) allows you to get cash at ATMs, or make purchases at certain stores. Your Account Access Code allows you to access Customer Service. If you have lost
or forgotten your PIN or Account Access Code, visit a CashZone Financial Center, or call 1 877 398-0023.
Most customers find it useful and safer to change their PIN and Account Access Code to a number or numbers known only to them.
Your original Account Access Code is the same 4-digit number as your PIN. If you change your PIN, this does not automatically
change your Account Access Code. If you wantthem to stay the same, you need to change both. You can only change your PIN by calling1 877 398-0023 (service charge applies). You can change your Account Access Code by clicking on the CashZone Visa card at the top of this screen (free).
Check Your Balance. Check your current balance at any Visa, Plus or STAR ATM by choosing “Account Balance–Checking,” by calling 1 877 398-0023, or by clicking on the CashZone Visa card at the top of this screen (free).
Customer Service. Use your Account Access Code to log on to the secure CashZone Visa users area of this website by clicking
on the CashZone Visa at the top of this screen (free) or to call 1 877 398-0023 for balance information, account history, changing your PIN and Account Access Code, reporting a lost or stolen card, or for other help or service.
You can also stop by any CashZone Financial Center for help with, or questions about, your card. A service charge may
apply to telephone balance inquiries and services.There is never a service charge for reporting a lost or stolen card. |
